Duchess of Cornwall opens SAWA

The Duchess of Cornwall opened INCH’s refurbishment of a women’s aid refuge and complimented the move away from communal living to independent living and the value increased privacy will have on the women. The team are honoured to be part of such an important project.

Camilla congratulated the team saying “I know how important these refuges are. I have seen quite a lot all over the country. But to see these separate accommodation, these flats….it’s the first time I have seen those. And talking to some of the ladies here I know what a difference it makes to them to have a bit of privacy,”
