Our vision is to create an inspiring, supportive environment to facilitate a vibrant new community through high-quality architecture and design.
The underpinning concept is of a sustainable village and a vibrant, healthy population who do not feel isolated. This lies in the importance of creating a sense of community and age balance, one of mutual respect and caring in an intergenerational context.
Designed to support all of its residents within an intergenerational setting, with individuals such as healthcare key workers and families ‘at risk’. Our specialist team of project partners included international experts on dementia design, policy advisors and award-winning architects, each ensuring that the design is innovative, appropriate for the site, client, and their needs.
