INCH Architecture were commissioned by Fyne Futures Ltd to produce a report in order to develop the vision for the Ardencraig Gardens lower walled garden site in Rothesay, Bute.
The aims of the report were to:
• Support further dialogue on the needs of users and stakeholders
• Enable stakeholders to understand the capacity of the site, and extent of development which may be required for the brief as issued to INCH
• Demonstrate architectural options for the site which allows the accommodation to be incorporated sensitively into the historic garden landscape
• Furnish Fyne Futures Ltd with an understanding of the options available to them to move forward to the next stage
